If you have ordered our Platinum PLUS Plan for a GIRL and you are coming close to the end of your dates, you can extend our support, attempt plans and dates for another 4 months with this option. Upon confirmation of payment you can download the Extension form. Once you complete it and return it to us you will then be sent your dates within 14 business days.
