Our Platinum Plan encompasses the complete Gold Plan. The Menu Plan and recipe guide includes a daily eating plan which can be rotated week after week as well as all recipes required.
This plan also includes your daily energy dates for 6 months, which means you are provided with an energy outline for every day in the 6 month period to help optimize your attempts in favourable times as well as an attempt outline to help you to establish the type of attempt and method to be used which is specific to you.
This document has been thoroughly researched and is careful to follow minimum/maximum daily requirements for all essential minerals, as we are mindful of your overall health when trying to conceive a baby. Care has also been taken to provide vegetarian options where possible.
If you have food allergies or further specific dietary requirements or you feel you may just need more personalized support in this or any area, then this Plan or our Platinum PLUS Plan is suitable.
This plan does include email support and advice but it does not include monthly attempt plans as an attempt outline is sent to you along with your personal advice summary and dates approx 7-10 working days after you have ordered. This plan is perfect for those of you who do not want to wait for a past conception analysis which is included in our Platinum PLUS Plan.
