A Comprehensive stand alone, do-it-yourself document which includes a daily recommended menu and recipe plan for both partners which requires little or no extra supplementation.
Our Gold Plan encompasses the complete Silver Plan as well as including our comprehensive GIRL Menu and Recipe Guide. The Menu Plan and recipe guide includes a daily eating plan which can be rotated week after week as well as all recipes required.
We also offer as optional, 6 months personalized dates, which advise daily energy to maximize your chance of success. Our studies of past conception data show that these dates can play an important role in gender swaying and therefore they are highly recommended. If you wish to purchase the dates I would have a look at our Package option to see if this is a better choice for you.
This document has been thoroughly researched and is careful to follow minimum/maximum daily requirements for all essential minerals, as we are mindful of your overall health when trying to conceive a baby. Care has also been taken to provide vegetarian options where possible.
If you have food allergies or further specific dietary requirements or you feel you may just need more personalized support in this or any area, you may wish to reconsider if the Platinum PLUS Plan is more appropriate for your needs.
This plan does not include and email support, advice or attempt plans, but is a very affordable option for those who would like to follow our suggestions without going to the fully supported option, but also wish to also have the full menu plan and recipe guide (not included with the Silver Plan).
