If you have ordered our Silver Plan for a BOY but feel you would like the addition of the full menu and recipe guide, you can upgrade to the Gold Plan with this option. Once you have completed your order you can fill in the downloaded Upgrade Form and return to us, the Gold Plan will then be forwarded to you normally within 48hrs.
