We also include our complete Personal Analysis based on your past conception history which we work out based on the information provided in the questionnaire you complete.

Our Platinum PLUS Plan encompasses the complete Platinum Plan including our Menu Plan and recipe guide which includes a daily eating plan which can be rotated week after week as well as all the recipes required. Also included are monthly attempt plans and a past conception and lifestyle analysis.

This document has been thoroughly researched and is careful to follow minimum/maximum daily requirements for all essential minerals, as we are mindful of your overall health when trying to conceive a baby. Care has also been taken to provide vegetarian options where possible.

This plan does include and email support, advice and monthly attempt plans, it is our most expensive option but as it is fully supported (email) and completely personally tailored we believe it is very good value for money.
