If you are hoping to dry up some cervical mucous or if ph is not as low as you would like for either partner you could use this cranberry supplement. We recommend the male partner stops taking these tablets 5 days before your attempt and resume taking them after your attempt. If pH of semen is stabilized at 7.5 then the male partner can discontinue use. However please continue to monitor ph and resume tablets if this rises. The female partner can continue to take them until pH is stabilized at 4.5 and/or her cervical mucous volume is reduced.
This cranberry dose is good for gender swaying as it is not as high in Vit C as other options but still can have a significant impact on pH and drying up cervical mucous.

If you need to use a lubricant when having intercourse and are gender swaying for a girl then this is a good one to use. Please do not use this at attempt time if you have a Platinum Plan unless it is specified in your attempt plan. It is also great to use at other times in your cycle when making love and using contraception. If you have a Silver/Gold plan or are gender swaying on your own ,to optimize gender swaying chances I would have the female partner take a long shower in the hour before attempting and then use Sylk at least 30 mins prior to intercourse.
