Hi Melodydamom

Just so you know, a lot of what you are asking is included in all our plans.

Even our Silver Plan, has all the tools necessary for your to personalize your attempt.

Whilst I am sure our wonderful members are more than happy to help you out, they do have their own plans and sometimes the advice they may give is specific to their situation.

A good gender sway is about combining many different factors not just diet and our plans outline this very carefully so you know what to address for your specific situation.

It is not a one size fits all approach nor is it just about pH. Wink

Hope this clarifies things for you. Wink

Hi girls,

MD - I hope your headaches are better. I found that I sometimes get a headache if I wean myself off sugar when I go on one of my "health kicks"...you know...... the pre summer one or the "OMG need to fit into that dress" , so it could just be that?? But they never last for more than a day, so keep an eye on it and maybe mention to your Doctor if it continues.....It could be an excuse for some pampering and a nice head and neck massage Wink. And I agree with MM, green tea is meant to be better to drink when TTC blue.

MM -Have tested DH pH and it was 9.0, mine was 5.5...but we have only just started diet and it says to retest after a couple of weeks...lets wait and see. How's things with you?

im am so sorry cindy and maree for writing about a book on your site it was wrong of me.

i feel very disappointed in myself in doing this and know it is wrong.

you have a wonderful site here and know a lot about gender swaying and have been doing this a long time and had a lot of successes.

im am so sorry, i wont read the book once it comes, ill throw it out or store it away and leave it there.

i am still trying to convince hubby to let me pay for a silverplan as i would like to know everything i can so i can successfully sway for a boy.

you definately know what you are doing on this site as you have had a lot of successes and people love your site including me.

im am so sorry once again.

Mel

Cindy and I wish hope your gender dreams come true and of course you can read anything you want of course and I would not throw away a book I have bought nor ever expect anyone else to and neither would Cindy.

We want to be respectful to all our forum members and appreciate the same in return.
Our ideas may be different to the ideas in the book but we go with what we know is working for our clients and there could be some conflict with other theories which may be confusing for you....

Thank you for your post and we hope it all works out for you :-)

thanks cindy and maree :)

yes i think that what confuses me the most all the different theories.
and which food i should be eating.
so many foods are alkaline to sway for a boy and some are a bit of both or neutral.
i dont want to eat the wrong thing and ruin my sway.

i think i will need to convince hubby to let me pay for a silverplan or i just pay for one and tell him afterwards lol.

i just want to know everything there is to know about swaying for a boy so i dont get it wrong as this will be our last baby and we have 2 girls already and also if i dont have a boy then the rainbow name doesnt continue.
my hubby will be the last.

thanks so much for creating such a wonderful site to help people with their swaying.

hi Mel

Yes- It is confusing as some foods such as sugar are very acidifying- and acidifying is good for a girl however they sugar can also increase estrogen levels which can sway boy. Many foods are like this so you need to consider many different variables in the diet :-)

Morning Girls.

Fingers crossed MammaMia for a quick BFP. It's a bit quiet from the blue swayers so looking forward to your updates  Wink I am still trying to work out what my cycle is doing, also have only just started diet, so we probably will start trying in a month or so.

Mel, you sound confused you poor thing.  Sad You are right, there is a lot of (conflicting) info out there. I was surprised at how many influential factors there are which you can address. It sounds like this means alot to you. Good luck with your chat with DH about purchasing a plan. :)

hiya everyone Wink

went to the doctors and told her i was going to sway for a boy in dec/jan, maybe earlier.

she didnt know a lot about it, but she did know about ovulation, timing and ph levels.

she said not to do the diet, as it doesnt work and it was too much salt, and you need calcium and magnesium.

she said if i buy ovulations kits to buy the saliva ones, as they are more accurate and have a the fern thing.

i need to buy some ph kits for hubby and i and will check out the saliva ovulations kits.

i have started back on the boy food. tried it for a week and i couldnt stand the headaches, was tired all the time.
had no energy. etc
so will give it another go :)

i hope it doesnt take too long to work out what your cycle is doing mammamia, i am tracking mine as well and when i ovulate.

how are you going with the diet??

have a great day

HI MEL

We agree you do need calcium and magnesium and a balanced diet esp when you are hoping to grow a healthy baby and  that is why we make sure our Menu Planner ensures all minerals, incl. sodium, are within recommended guidelines.

Trying to do this as well as optimizing ph, hormone levels, sperm motility and nos, cervical mucous volume and quality and meeting optimal gender swaying minerla ratios is not easy and that is why so much effort went into writing our Menu Plan.

Obviously since we have over 87% success at the moment the combination of gender swaying factors we use incl. diet is working and obviously the Dr does not have knowledge about gender swaying.

We have many Drs who are clients, in some couples who are currently gender swaying both partners are Drs and we have had a few specialists and many solicitors, lecturers, people with phDs and other academics who are 100% convinced diet can contribute greatly to the success of gender swaying and our experience shows this to be true.

We have found the fern saliva kits do not work well as they only go on hormone levels which can be misleading but  some ladies do find them effective.
Hopefully they will work for you though :-) BEST OF LUCK ...

thanks for the reply :)

im just having a look at the plans and deciding which one to do.
i have thought about the silver plan, but also want the dates as well, that are good for having a boy.

thanks thats good to know your menu planners include cacium etc Wink

thanks i hope the ovulations kits work as well.
or i could just go by my cm when im ovulating. as when your cm, when you can stretch it and it doesnt break, that means im ovulating from what i have read.

i think i pretty much know when im ovulating to do with temperatures, as there is a certain time once a month when im really hot for no reason, so im figuring that must be it.

Melodyamom

You can chart your basal body temperature (first monring tempo before rising) on Fertility Friend (just google it) and they are a great help to determine ovulation.
It is free too :-)
