Hi Everyone,

I honestly cannot believe I am here sharing my success story! We opted for a private gender scan this evening (at 17 weeks) and we are so thrilled to be saying that we are expecting a little GIRL!

After about 15 mins of having her legs tightly crossed (very lady like already), we were able to get a good toilet shot. We asked the sonographer to give our son either the blue or pink baby singlet when they were certain of the gender. Once they got the shot (she paused it on the token three lines) we closed our eyes and she gave the PINK singlet top to DS. He then came over and placed it on my tummy. As soon as I opened my eyes (even though I saw the three lines, I didn’t believe it until I heard it) I saw the pink singlet and just burst into tears. DH couldn’t see but knew by my reaction that we were expecting our first little girl – our first daughter!

We were both elated. I am still in disbelief, and of course am doubting the accuracy…but I knew I would if we were told girl. However, those three lines are etched in my memory, and I just know in my heart of hearts that it is indeed a girl- and as the sonographer pointed out the three lines indicate the vagina!

I want to start from the beginning. I utilized these success stories the whole way through our swaying journey…it was my savor, my motivator and proof that perseverance can pay off.

We already have a beautiful boy, who is the absolute light of my life. I adore each and every day we share together. When DH and I decided to add to our family we knew that two was probably our limit and we both started talking of our desire to give our son a sister, us a daughter. I started researching ways in which we could increase our chances of conceiving a girl. It was on another website I stumbled across a-gender. I quickly logged on, read every single post ever made (well that’s how it felt lol!) I then took the plunge and emailed Maree and Cindy.

DH was very keen to start so we ordered our plan and started the diet straight away. Both our PH levels were naturally high, our diets favoured boys and we discovered that DS was conceived in boy time for DH and borderline for me. We needed a strong attempt. The day our plan arrived I felt like a ‘giggly’ school girl. I studied our dates and made sure we knew EXACTLY what we needed to do in order to have a perfect attempt.

The diet was trying…DH was actually my rock through it all. We stuck to the diet and never had any of the forbidden foods. Maree was absolutely fantastic at answering questions…and she answered some questions let me tell you! Our PH levels were DH 7.5 and me 4.5-5. Then came first attempt time. We did everything we were told!!!! Our attempt was solely TBM…we thought let’s just do everything the first time and then ease off if it’s not working. TBM was a whole new world to us…we giggled and laughed at mixing the ’sample’. Yet at the end of the day we both admitted that although it all felt a little clinical it also felt extremely, extremely romantic – we were trying to fulfill our dream.

We had three TBM attempts and no normal BD’ing attempts. I never knew when I O’ed as I never got a positive OPK…this drove me absolutely insane. But again Maree was fantastic at assuring me that sometimes the OPKs don’t pick up the surge. I tested nearly 4 times a day for a week!!!! Still no positive. However, I did get o pains on my left hand side. This was the only indication I may have O’ed. No CM – the diet had done a good job at drying that up! I used the BCP to align, so I thought maybe this affected me actually ovulating

I said to DH, after the first TBM attempt, that worked, we’re pregnant. That was the last I thought of it. That was until I started to get extremely tender breasts and felt a little sick. I put this down to AF coming. On mothers day I plucked the courage to test. I was 2 days late. It was positive! We were so excited. We giggled again, admitting to each other we really did not think that it was going to work! It did, and honestly I thought it has to be a girl, surely! We were so lucky to have fallen pregnant on our first attempt. I really did think it would take much longer. I really do know how lucky we are for this. I must have ovulated!!!! And at our 12 week scan the sonographer revealed I had released an egg from the left ovary…the pains were o pains after all!

My symptoms were:

Sore boobs (Never had this with DS)
Nausea in the morning and night (Did not vomit this time but did with DS)
Headaches (Never had this with DS)
Hate Meat (Never went off meat with DS)
Love OJ
I am still feeling extremely tired and have not had that wonderful surge of engery I had at this stage with DS
Skin has only started to get a little bad now – nothing on the scale it was with DS

Many things pointed to me carrying a girl. I have had dreams that it is a girl, but dismissed these. Tanya guessed right for me saying that she was 65% sure I was having a girl based on the nub shot (Tanya you really are amazing – thank you). Everywhere I looked I saw baby girls (I remember this happening with DS, only I would see baby boys everywhere). The kicks have seemed a bit more dainty lol!

So here I am typing my success story. I honestly cannot believe it, and will be waiting for another confirmation shot.

Both DH and I want to express our gratitude to a-gender – Cindy and Maree you have helped make our dream come true! Thank you for answering my many, many emails. It feels a little surreal…we aren’t telling anyone IRL as we want it to be a surprise.

To everyone reading this who is attempting good luck, I really hope I have given you some inspiration. Dreams do come true.

Thanks for reading.

Hello

A few people have sent me pm’s asking exactly what we did to get our precious little girl. I posted this just before I went for my ultrasound in the pregnancy section. I am putting it in this section as well so it is easier to find.

Update: IT’S A GIRL – An A-Gender Success

I am posting our attempt before I find out the gender on Tuesday. This way it will be all neutral and won’t be persuaded by the result. I will be just over 19 weeks on Tuesday for the scan.

Attempt # 1 resulted in a BFN. We were lucky enough to both be in strong girl time the following month as well so this is attempt # 2 which was our BFP.

Reasons for me to get a girl – We did as many girl recommended things as we could. I Ovulated in STRONG girl time. DH was in STRONG girl time too. We BDed when and exactly as we were told to.

Reasons for me not to get a girl - My fertility monitor didn’t pick up ovulation for this month so I have no idea when I ovulated. Previous 4 months I ovulated on Day 13 so I am guessing it was day 13. A few slip ups on the diet. Didn’t exercise as much as we should of for attempt # 2. I forgot to use replens for one of the days when I should of.

Predictions
No predictions really because our 12 week scan wasn’t clear enough. Tanya GUESSED maybe girl but wasn’t really clear enough.

DS # 1 thinks definitely girl but of course he’s 5 so really not an educated prediction.

My instinct says boy but I really hope it is a girl. Haven’t had any gender dreams as such so can’t tell by that.

Ring test over my stomach goes in circles so I think that means girl.

Other things we did

We slept with a gorgeous girls outfit under our pillows. I had the pants and DH had the top.

I also just want to add that even if we are unsuccessful I would do a-gender again in a heartbeat. I really do believe it works and the support from Maree and Cindy is absolutely amazing. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

THANK YOU SO MUCH MAREE AND CINDY FOR MAKING OUR DREAMS COME TRUE !!!!!

Hi everyone,

Today we had our 20 week scan and we had a confirmed GIRL!!!! I am sooooooooooo excited!! I have been bouncing around all afternoon!

I had been researching gender swaying for about a year and decided to put my faith in A-Gender. They had a strong success rate and Cindy & Maree were just wonderful with all my questions. I knew they would give me my best shot possible.

I currently have 1 daughter aged 8yrs, 2 son’s aged 6 and 4. I really wanted another daughter and really wanted to give my daughter a sister.

We ordered our plan and our 6mths of dates were from January – June 2009.

I had been worried as over Christmas and New Year we had been away camping and the diet went out the window! I did try to be as girly as I could but sometimes it was just not possible. I gained about 2kg which bothered me. I then had to be a bridesmaid in mid Jan and I was determined to lose those 2kg. So again, I did a few girlie foods but I also managed to lose the 2kgs.
So, I must admit I was a bit worried about my diet while we were TTC. It was ok, but not perfect.

We attempted in January, with a great attempt, but with no luck.

Then our Feb attempt went perfectly.

I was lucky and my dates aligned perfectly with my period. My husband and I were both in Girl time. We followed our plan and did the deed when we were supposed too.
My PH was 4.5 and my husbands were 7.5-8. Perfect!

In March I got my positive pregnancy test and was sooooo excited. 2mths was all it took.

It has been an anxious wait to find out the gender. I obsessed over my 12 week scans nub. Not that there really was a good shot of the nub!
I couldn’t wait so booked a 16 week private scan at a 4D place. I went to the scan and they told me it was a boy!!! I was really shattered. Much more then I thought I would be. I cried as soon as I left and didn’t stop for 2 days. I felt so guilty for feeling the way I did. So guilty that I had another beautiful healthy baby boy and I was upset about it. I had some wonderful supportive friends online on another forum group who helped me through the hard and disappointing time.

My daughter was convinced it was a baby girl! The whole time she has been adamant the baby is a girl! We decided to take her to the 20 week scan so she could hear from the technician that it was a boy as I was sure she would not believe me. I felt she needed to see for herself. I was wondering if she would suffer her own level of gender disappointment.

So today we went for my 20 week scan and to my absolute shock the tech said it was a girl!

There were no boy bits what so ever! She is all girl! Our swaying attempt worked and we are an a-gender success story!

I would like to thank Cindy and Maree for all the hard work and time they put into answering all my emails and doing my plan. They have been a great support to me over this journey.

I truly believe that without their help we would have had another boy.

I can’t wait to November to meet our beautiful baby daughter.

Thank you so much to A-Gender!

Hello ladies,

I just wanted to post my A-Gender success story for a BOY!

I am so thankful to A-gender for helping me realize my dream. We currently have 2 girls and 1 boy and were desperate to complete our family with a 2nd son and a brother for my ds. The girls have each other and we SO badly desired the brotherly bond for our son as well.

I am happy to ANNOUNCE that after 2 ultrasounds (16 and 20 weeks) my doctor assures me that this is indeed a boy!!!!

My story with A-gender began in January of 2008 when I anxiously contacted Cindy and Maree to purchase the A-gender plan. I was so happy when I received my plan in February and saw that I only needed to patient until April to try for our boy. Both DH and I had STRONG boy energy at this time. Based on my past conceptions we could see that my son was conceived in a strong boy energy time, and the 2 girls in girl energy times. I was instructed by Cindy to ONLY attempt during boy energy times for the most chance of success. We could also see that based on past conceptions that my 2 girls were conceived during new moon phases, while my son was during a full moon phase. With this information in mind…as well as the GENDER diet which I followed to the TEE…we set off for our natural attempt at the end of April 2008. I was on the gender diet STRICTLY for 3 months. I believe that this was very important to my attempt success as well and I thank Maree for assisting me with all of my diet questions.

Energy was BOY for both DH and me. I believe this was INSTRUMENTAL in our attempt success.

Beginning of Full Moon phase (I think 5 days past full moon). ALSO very, very important!

I was (as well as DH) in STRONG boy time and we followed the A-gender Gender Diet STRICTLY.

Thank you A-Gender for helping me realize my dream, for giving me the courage to attempt naturally and for holding my hand through it all!!! I am very, very thankful.

Sincerely,

Hi everyone!

I found out about Cindy on the EB forum and I am still a regular poster there in the Gender Swayers group. My DH and I have a beautiful DD who is nearly 2 and we were looking to conceive a DS. My DH and I had a lot of factors going against us and which made us highly favourable for girls – my DH is an athlete so his sperm are always ‘HOT’, I am naturally very acidic, we favour the girl diet, my DH has a low sperm count etc etc, we really didn’t like our chances of conceiving a boy but with Cindy’s help we thought it was worth a shot.

I purchased a plan and took Cindy’s advice re Supps, when to BD, steps DH could take, changes to diet etc and not only did we get pregnant on the 2nd go (it took us 7 months with DD) but 2 weeks ago I gave birth to a beautiful little BOY! My husband was OVER the moon, my DD loves her little brother and I can’t thank Cindy enough!

I honestly never thought I would have a son, I truly believe he is our gift from Cindy, I love that Cindy approaches you as a person, not a number. She is so detailed with all the information she gives and she truly loves and believes in what she does (and so do I!)

I have always wanted a sister for my DD, and when I convince DH for #3 (haha) I will 100% be investing in Cindy again to achieve my dream.

I can’t thank Cindy enough, and not only did I find a truly wonderful woman, I also gained a truly amazing friend.

As many of you know from my blog, I am the proud Momma of 3 wonderful little girls and I am also from the states! I live in Illinois to be exact about 2 hours drive from Chicago.

We had our oldest DD in 2003, she was a surprise as I was on the BCP and we were not even thinking of trying to have a little baby! But she came along and she is perfect!

In 2004, we gave her a sister in November! They are 19 months apart and we are asked all the time if they are twins! We were trying for her but did not expect to fall pregnant so quickly! DD2 is such a delicate little thing, always compassionate and very dramatic!

In 2006, we decided that we wanted to try one last time(or so we thought the last time) to have another child to complete our family, and why not try for a boy? We fell pregnant in April on our first try, but sadly we lost the little angel around 6wks pregnant. We tried again in May with no luck, then in June I found EB and Cindy and several of the ladies here on this site! We tried again that month and sadly lost another precious soul in July. It was then diagnosed that I had low progesterone and I was placed on progesterone suppositories. We had yet another loss in August, which is when we took a much needed break from ttc. I then had surgery to remove my gall bladder in October of 2006. Well, a few days after surgery I had what would be my last AF before falling pregnant with DD3! By this time, we were not doing a specific diet or supplements, we were actually going to TRY in November, but there was another plan in store for us! DD3 blessed us by joining our family in July 2007 and she is so spunky and fun!

So, after thinking that we were for sure done, we began to toy with the idea of trying one last time for a girl. A-Gender had been launched so I shot an e-mail to Cindy about our options. This was the beginning of 2008. I received my plan in April of 2008 and the preparations began! I read through that plan several times, highlighted, added recipes and notes, underlined important info, marked my dates on the calendar, everything! Before we knew it it was time to start the diet and supplements in full force! My AF finally returned after a year of BF’ing DD3 in the end of July of 2008. And of course, wouldn’t you know it; it was not a normal cycle at all! I had them short, then long, then super short–CRAZY!

My wonderful DH agreed to go along with the diet, supps, TBM, everything….as long as we tried when we wanted to. That was his only stipulation. Well, it became apparent that I was not going to align with my BOY time, but it was figured out (by Cindy!) that I would be in neutral and DH would be in BOY, so in November 2008, we decided to go for it! Our pHs were wonderful, we had done the diet and supps to a T, and we were all set to try TBM for a BOY! The attempt went great and in December we found out #4 was on the way!

This pregnancy was different in that I had acne, nausea in the beginning, extremely moody! Fast forward to March 2009 and we went for an elective novelty scan, and guess what?! All our efforts paid off! We were indeed having a wonderful little boy! The excitement from that day still brings a smile to my face! We were completely ready to hear GIRL and we were at peace with that as we knew we had done all we could! It was later confirmed TWICE that he was indeed a HE! WOW! After 3 little girls, we were starting from scratch on all the needed items! But we could not be happier about it!

Exactly 1 week after DD3 turned 2, we welcomed Sawyer into the world! He was perfect in each and every way and I still smile each time I change his diaper.

He is such a happy little guy and his sisters love him to bits!

It was a long journey to this point but so worth it! Cindy and Maree were wonderful in their support! I am not sure how many times I PM’d Maree, but she always answered and was an angel!

Our family is now complete, no more children for us! DH went over a month ago to have a vasectomy. It is a humbling feeling to know that I have my family, and that it is perfect in every way!

Are you hoping to conceive a baby girl? If so please have a look around our site. A-gender has an all natural approach to gender swaying and we have been helping couples just like you for over 4 years.

We strongly believe that you can influence the gender of your child with some careful planning and certain lifestyle and dietary adjustments. Whether you want to have a concentrated strong attempt or you simply want to tip the scales slightly, we can help you.

You may find yourself here because you or your partner or both of you combined have a strong desire to try to add a little girl to your family. Perhaps you long for the mother and daughter bond, or you desire a bit more softness in your house or you may even hope to give your daughter a little sister, whatever the reason it does not matter – we are here to help and guide you.

You may also have found this a difficult subject to discuss with family or friends, as unless they themselves been in this position they may have made you feel odd or even criticized your desires, this may have left you feeling like you are wrong or even that you do not love the children you have…

We know how wrong this is and how you must be feeling but please know you are not alone in your desires. We understand and we have helped many ladies just like you…

It can also be difficult when so many couples have mixed gender families and they may even tell you that they did nothing different or special; however this is often not the case. They may not have been aware of doing anything different but when you dig deeper you will normally find some things which may have affected the gender they conceived.

So how do you go about trying to conceive a GIRL you may be wondering?

Well many contributing factors have to be considered especially if you have not conceived a girl in the past. For some it is straightforward but for others it requires more work and dedication and even then there are no guarantees due to the many, many factors which can influence the gender you conceive.

We consider lifestyle, diet, occupation, lunar and planetary influences, reproductive pH environment, hormones, personal energy patterns and past conception data to assist you in making the right choices for any future attempts.

Research has shown us that no matter what changes some people make they will continue to conceive the same gender unless they address this ‘particular issue’ which we cover in all our plans.

Whist we cannot guarantee 100% success, if you ultimately want another baby (regardless of gender) we know we can help to greatly increase your chance of adding a little GIRL to your family.

Our plans are so comprehensive and up-to-date that we know you will be giving yourself the best possible chance of success.

And remember ‘Every baby is a blessing’…

How will you know which of our Plans is best suited to you taking into consideration your desire, your dedication and your budget?

Please click here to answer the following questions which we devised to help you decide what option will be best for you-

Have you been having troubles trying to conceive? Often when you decide you would like to have a baby it is natural to hope this will happen very quickly. If it does not happen as soon as you would like it to, it can be a very emotional time.

We believe A-gender can help you. Cindy and I have both experienced problems with Fertility and we understand first-hand how difficult this can be to deal with.

Not only is it upsetting but It seems everywhere you look someone is pregnant and even though you are happy for them you wish it was you too!

After being told my husband and I would likely never be able to have children of our own we have been blessed with 5 amazing children and even though it was not an easy journey (bordering on obsessive) I learnt so much along the way and I am grateful every day that I have been so blessed. When you have the family you hope for, you feel complete and I wish everybody was able to experience the contentment this brings.

Cindy was a great support throughout my journey although she has been through a very difficult time herself. Despite serious health issues and more than one tragic pregnancy loss she has been lucky enough to have a beautiful family of her own.

We both have learnt so much during these trying times and have so much knowledge to share. I am very grateful to Cindy-without her guidance and support I would unlikely have persevered to have the family I have today…

It is because of my burning desire that we have spent a lot of time studying ways of improving fertility and how diet and lifestyle can positively influence your chance of conception.

We wish to share this knowledge with you through our Fertility Plan. This includes a Personalized analysis of your current situation (based on feedback gleaned from a questionnaire we send you) and a Menu Plan which focuses on optimizing hormone levels and increasing both egg white cervical mucous for the female partner and optimizing semen volume, sperm numbers, motility and morphology for the male partner.

We will also prepare a Personalized attempt plan for you every month for up to 6 months when you try to conceive, which takes into consideration on which days and what time of the day you will be most fertile (we will calculate which of your fertile dates you should try to conceive on and at what time of the day to give you the highest chance of pregnancy) and we will provide on-going email support for a 6 month period.

An optional Fertility kit, which includes ovulation predictors, instead cups, pregnancy tests and some ph strips, is also available.

Knowing you are doing all you can to increase your chance of conception can reduce stress levels as well, especially if you have guidance and support along the way.

We find helping ladies to conceive the baby they long for is very rewarding and we wish to use the extensive knowledge we have gained over the years to help others achieve their dream.

If you are having difficulties trying to conceive and you do not have any underlying issues which may prevent you taking this approach, please have a look at what we offer as we have many years of experience in this area and we are fully committed to doing all we can to help you.

Click here to read more about our fertility products. We wish you all the best on your journey.
